Spent 3 nights here with my young child, had an excellent stay overall. I got an upgrade to a huge room with a refrigerator, iron/ironing board and a work desk. The bed was extremely comfy and the food was excellent

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fayetteville for a weekend trip with my family. We absolutely loved it! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Despite some amenities being closed, they provided a free breakfast instead. The location was perfect, with everything we needed for dining and shopping nearby. We will definitely be staying here again for all our future trips to the area. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful weekend stay!

The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly. They had a Keurig in the room instead of a regular coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The cleanliness and comfort of the whole hotel
I was charged twice one time for $177.80 and the second for $123.17 and I have to wait 5 days for them to figure out what they did wrong to get my money back

Clean & quiet
The staff member who checked me in acted as though she was unfamiliar with Booked.net. The check in staff wanted to charge me a very different & much higher rate! Luckily, I had my phone or it would have been a very disappointing experience. And I did not have the payment options stated on Booked.net; she didn't want to take my cash & still insisted on putting a hold on my credit card for "incidentals". I would have gone to one of the other nice hotels that were in walking distance. My advice to future guest who book through Booked.net site - call Booked.net & the hotel's customer service to clarify these issues ahead of time, bring your Booked.net itinetary & credit card, be prepared to be charged the room rate & an arbitrary hold fee.

The luggage carts were bad - small luggage fell through and bags fell off, steering was very difficult for older folks

Didn't like when I book they ask what time I will arrive I said between 3 and 4 am. Saturday. Got there at 4:30 am and was charged for Friday and Saturday but only stayed Saturday was not to happy being charge for Friday.
